Neinor Homes raises guidance, sets 2028 targets and plans dividend

Neinor Homes jumped 4.3% after raising its 2026-2027 guidance to €260-€280 million EBITDA and setting 2028 targets for EBITDA of €260-€280 million and net income of €160-170 million. The company also announced a planned €200-€250 million ($225-$281 million) dividend for 2028.
