Faraday Energy, Signify Singapore partner on Asia-Pacific light-as-a-service

Seraya Partners' portfolio company Faraday Energy has partnered with Signify Singapore to offer Light-as-a-Service and Infrastructure-as-a-Service across the Asia-Pacific region. The companies signed a memorandum of understanding on Sept. 18, 2026, targeting commercial rollouts for buildings and data centers with five- to 10-year service contracts. Signify will supply connected lighting technology and its Interact platform, while Faraday will structure projects, arrange long-term financing, and retain asset ownership.
