NordMason: major shareholder iNtRON Biotech cuts stake to 17.76% from 30.78%

iNtRON Biotechnology cut its stake in NordMason to 801,467 shares, or 17.76%, from 1,363,264 shares, or 30.78% as of Oct. 1, 2026, due to expiry of conversion rights on its convertible bond. Talks are ongoing regarding bond repayment.
