Live Nation launches $840m and €500m senior notes offering

Live Nation launched a private offering of senior notes due 2032 totaling USD 840 million and EUR 500 million. Net proceeds earmarked to redeem all outstanding 6.500% senior secured notes due 2027. Remaining funds targeted for fees and general corporate purposes, including potential repayment or repurchase of other debt.
