Ardian, Rockfield acquire majority stake in The Social Hub Berlin student housing

Ardian and Rockfield acquired a majority stake in The Social Hub Berlin, a hybrid student housing and hospitality asset with 474 units. The Social Hub retained a minority holding and will continue as operator. The deal is Ardian's second Germany investment under its pan-European PBSA strategy, totaling more than €1.16 billion.
