AM Holding Vastgoedontwikkeling and Jumbo sign lease for 1,200 sq m in Amsterdam Zuidoost

AM Holding Vastgoedontwikkeling (AM) has signed a lease agreement with Jumbo for approximately 1,200 square meters of commercial space at the Eleven Square development in Amsterdam Zuidoost. Construction of the supermarket has commenced, with an opening scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2029.
