Spain industrial output up 1.5% year-on-year in August

Spain's seasonally- and calendar-adjusted industrial output rose 1.5% in August from the same month a year earlier, official data from the country's National Statistics Institute (INE) showed. INE revised up the year-on-year figure for July to 2.5% expansion from 2.3%.
