Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Ltd said a dispute has arisen between Warana Sugar and Refex CBG Kolhapur regarding a CBG plant in Maharashtra. Access to the plant has been restricted, and Refex CBG Kolhapur has initiated legal proceedings. Warana Sugar alleges outstanding dues of 184.8 million rupees.
