OpenAI in talks for $30B financing round with UAE funds, BlackRock
Artificial intelligence firm OpenAI is reportedly in discussions with Abu Dhabi-based investment funds, including MGX, and BlackRock for a $30 billion financing round. The UAE funds are considering an investment of up to $10 billion.
OpenAI is in talks with multiple UAE investment funds, including Abu Dhabi’s MGX, to take part in its $30 billion financing round, The UAE funds have discussed investing as much as $10 billion, the report said. BlackRock is also among the firms being discussed.
