Marico Increases Plix Stake to 84.09% For Rs 1,012 Crore

Marico announced it has acquired an additional 24.09 per cent stake in Plix, a plant-based nutrition and personal care brand, for Rs 1,012 crore. This acquisition raises Marico's total stake in Plix parent Satiya Nutraceuticals and its subsidiary Juzio to 84.09%. The company stated that this investment will broaden its addressable market in value-added foods and nutrition.
