Neovici Holding Board Proposes New Chairman, Directors Ahead of EGM

Shareholder iWork EP SA has proposed Ove Alm as chairman and Jens Rastad and Simon Thunborg as directors for Neovici Holding AB (publ). Jan Berggren is slated to remain on the board. These proposals will be considered at the Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for October 8, 2026.
