Moadata shareholders approve 5-for-1 share consolidation

Moadata Co. Ltd. held an extraordinary shareholders' meeting on Oct. 6, 2026, where shareholders adopted amendments to the articles and approved a 5-for-1 share consolidation. The company also appointed four internal directors.
