Gelion PLC signs material transfer agreement with top 15 global auto OEM
Gelion PLC will supply sulfur-based cathode material for EV applications to a top 15 global automotive OEM under a material transfer agreement. The OEM will validate Gelion's new energy storage technology for EV applications.
Gelion PLC said on Oct. 6 it has entered into a material transfer agreement with a global automotive OEM ranked in the top 15. Under the agreement, Gelion will supply sulfur-based cathode material for evaluation in EV applications. The company said the MTA will increase its technology penetration in EV battery applications and allow the OEM partner to validate its NES technology for EV applications.
