Pekat Group Berhad: Exercise of options under Employees' Share Option Scheme

PEKAT GROUP BERHAD announced the exercise of 730,000 options under its Employees' Share Option Scheme at an issue price of MYR 1.1700 per share. The latest issued share capital after this corporate proposal is 710,228,200 units.
