Hong Kong stocks climb, led by tech and pharma sectors

Hong Kong stocks rose on Tuesday, tracking firmer overseas markets, with technology and pharmaceutical shares leading the gains. The Hang Seng benchmark was up 0.78% by midday, while the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index climbed 0.82%. Tech shares gained 0.87% and biotech shares rose nearly 3%.
