Samchuly Bicycle cancels KRW 4.38 billion of treasury shares

South Korea's Samchuly Bicycle will cancel 821,703 common shares from treasury stock, valued at KRW 4.38 billion based on book value as of Oct. 6, 2026. The cancellation is scheduled for Oct. 15, 2026.
