UBM Development: opens cash subscription for 7% green bond

UBM Development has opened the cash subscription period for its 7% UBM Green Bond 2026-2031, with a re-offer price set at 99.5%. Subscriptions are open until Oct. 23, 2026, with an option for early closing. The exchange offer for the UBM bond 2023-2027 into the new Green Bond remains open until Oct. 16, 2026, with a value date scheduled for Oct. 30, 2026.
