UBM Development AG Launches 7% Green Bond Offer

UBM Development AG has commenced the cash subscription for its 7% Green Bond maturing between 2026 and 2031. The bond is offered at a re-offer price of 99.50%. The subscription period runs from October 6 to an expected close on October 23, 2026, with a possibility of early closure. An exchange offer for the existing 2023-2027 bond is also available until October 16, 2026.
