Hi-Tech Pipes surges 8.84% to four-month high on upbeat Q2 update

Electric resistance welded pipes maker Hi-Tech Pipes gained as much as 8.84% to 76.24 rupees, its biggest intraday percentage gain in more than four months. The company achieved sales volume of 165,016 metric tonnes in the September quarter, a 32% year-on-year growth.
