Gabia corrects voting-rights injunction filing to Nov. 5 meeting

Gabia Inc. corrected its disclosure on a voting-rights injunction sought by Align Partners Asset Management, revising the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting date to Nov. 5 from Oct. 8, when the application seeks to block SPSoft from voting 125,000 Gabia shares. The injunction was filed Sept. 14 at the Suwon District Court’s Anyang branch.
