Mobirix terminates KRW 4 billion treasury stock buyback trust

Mobirix terminated a KRW 4 billion treasury-stock acquisition trust with Yuanta Securities Korea on Oct. 6, 2026, after buying back 1,343,239 common shares. The shares will be transferred to the company’s brokerage account, and management plans to cancel them to support shareholder value.
