EV Advanced Material corrects capital reduction filing, cuts canceled shares to 53,632,694

EV Advanced Material corrected its July 13 capital reduction filing, reducing the number of shares to be retired to 53,632,694. The company plans a 10-for-1 share consolidation and a reduction in paid-in capital to offset accumulated losses. Trading suspension is scheduled from Sept. 9 to Oct. 6, with relisting on Oct. 7.
