Sungchang Autotech corrects executive share report date

Sungchang Autotech corrected its executive securities ownership report, changing the reference date to July 30, 2026 from July 7, 2026 due to a disclosure preparation error. Executive Woo TaeJae's holding of 8,088 common shares as of Oct. 6 was noted, an increase of 4,000 shares from July 30.
