Farmnote completes equity investment led by Impact Capital

Farmnote has completed a third-party share allotment with Impact Capital I Fund as lead investor. Social X Impact Investment Fund also subscribed in the round, which closed on Sept. 28, 2026. Proceeds will fund AI agent development for dairy farm operations and expansion of Farmnote’s farm management support services.
