Accelevation Holdings: OGP VIII sells 20 million shares worth $360 million

OGP VIII reported the sale of 20,000,000 Class A common shares of Accelevation Holdings at $18 each, totaling $360 million. The transactions are tied to Accelevation Holdings' Oct. 1, 2026 initial public offering. OGP VIII also converted 11,988,001 Class B shares into Class A shares and disposed of 2,808,499 Class A shares in a no-consideration distribution.
