Promisia Healthcare: Promisia Healthcare largest shareholder to sell 7 mln shares to Gould Holdings

Promisia Healthcare Ltd announced that its largest shareholder will sell 7 million shares at NZ$0.70 per share to Gould Holdings. The largest warrant holder will also sell 6 million warrants for NZ$0.25 per warrant.
