Aterra Metals raises $8.36 million via share offering

Aterra Metals upsized a brokered, best-efforts private placement of common shares to maximum gross proceeds of $8.36 million, with shares priced at $0.06 each. Net proceeds will fund Phase II exploration at the Totora Copper-Gold Project in Chile.
