KBRA assigns preliminary ratings to EQUS 2026-PHNX CMBS

KBRA announces the assignment of preliminary ratings to six classes of EQUS 2026-PHNX, a CMBS single-borrower securitization. The collateral for the transaction is a $527.1 million floating rate, interest-only mortgage loan secured by 31 industrial assets in the Phoenix MSA.
