SonicStrategy Inc. Amends Up To $4.5M Private Placement

SonicStrategy Inc. amended its non-brokered private placement of up to $4.5M. The amendment includes up to $2.25M in cash units at $0.20 with half-warrants, and up to $2.25M in digital asset-paid shares also at $0.20. The warrants are exercisable at $0.25 for 24 months and include an acceleration clause. The closing of the placement is subject to CSE approval.
