Prime Healthcare sues unions over alleged threats, patient care jeopardization

Prime Healthcare Services, Prime Healthcare Foundation and executives filed a complaint against the California Nurses Association and National Nurses United in California Superior Court. The lawsuit alleges unlawful conduct including threats, harassment, intimidation, and actions jeopardizing patient care, while asserting that lawful organizing rights are preserved.
