New Circle Capital Solutions LP filed a Form 3 disclosing its acquisition of 4,987,103 common shares of ONE Nuclear Energy (ONEN) on Sept. 23, 2026, at which point it became a 10% owner. The filing also noted a forward purchase agreement for the same number of shares at $10.61, exercisable on the same date and expiring Dec. 22, 2026. The reporting group later fell below the 10% threshold on the same day due to share issuances at closing.
