Fortitude Mining Signs LOI for $100M BITMAIN Gear, Upsizes DCG Facility

Fortitude Mining Holdings, Inc. has signed a non-binding LOI for priority access to BITMAIN's next-generation Zcash miners, with a purchase commitment of up to $100 million. Additionally, the company has increased its DCG credit facility to $70 million.
