Yyforce: enters $20 million at-the-market sales agreement with Spartan Capital

YYForce Inc. said it entered into an at-the-market (ATM) sales agreement with Spartan Capital Securities LLC, under which it may sell up to $20 million of its Class A ordinary shares.
