Yyforce Announces $20 Million ATM Sales Agreement With Spartan Capital

Yyforce Inc. has entered into an "at-the-market" (ATM) sales agreement with Spartan Capital Securities, LLC to sell up to $20 million of its Class A ordinary shares. The agreement was filed with the SEC on October 5.
