Torm PLC commences secondary offering of 6.3 million shares

Selling shareholder OCM NJORD HOLDINGS S.À R.L. has commenced a secondary offering of 6.3 million Class A shares in Torm PLC, representing about 6% of the company's Class A common shares prior to the offering.
