Waste Energy boosts authorized common shares to 1.6 billion from 400 million

Waste Energy Corp. increased authorized common shares to 1,600,000,000 from 400,000,000, maintaining $0.001 par value. The amendment takes effect Sept. 29, 2026, following a Sept. 26 Nevada filing.
