Better Home & Finance Announces Progress Toward Sale of Birmingham Bank

Better Home & Finance Holding Company announced progress toward the proposed sale of its wholly owned subsidiary, Birmingham Bank Limited, to a buyer consortium. The buyer consortium has escrowed £10 million.
