NovaGold to hold special shareholder meeting on Donlin Gold acquisition

NovaGold Resources will hold a special shareholder meeting on Nov. 3, 2026, where investors will vote on a proposed all-share deal to acquire Paulson’s 40% stake in Donlin Gold, which would lift NovaGold’s ownership of the Alaska project to 100% from 60%.
