Odyssey Health Extends Note Maturities to Jan. 31, 2027

Odyssey Health amended two outstanding notes to extend their maturities to January 31, 2027. The company executed Amendment No. 13 to its convertible promissory note with LGH Investments and Amendment No. 1 to a promissory note with Peter J. D'Arruda.
