Clean Harbors Prices $600 Million Senior Notes Due 2034

Clean Harbors has issued $600 million of 6.250% senior notes due 2034. The proceeds will be used to fund recent acquisitions, including $470 million for the EnviroServe acquisition, and to strengthen liquidity by repaying revolver borrowings.
