Onfolio cuts stockholder meeting quorum requirement to one-third

Onfolio cut the stockholder meeting quorum requirement to one-third of voting power, from a majority, effective immediately on Sept. 29, 2026. The bylaw change was adopted ahead of the company’s upcoming special meeting of stockholders.
