Solesence extends loan maturities with Strandler and Beachcorp to May 31, 2028

Solesence entered fourth amendments to three loan agreements on Sept. 30, 2026, extending maturities to May 31, 2028 from April 30, 2027. Strandler and Beachcorp are affiliates of controlling shareholder Bradford T. Whitmore.
