JMS Integrated Building Solutions sells to Harris Company

JMS Integrated Building Solutions, LLC, a Texas building automation systems integrator, has been sold to national mechanical contractor Harris Company. The deal, which closed September 1, 2026, adds JMS's integration expertise to Harris's platform and expands Harris's presence into Texas.
