NN Raises $53 Million in Private Placement

NN has completed a private placement, selling 11,275,605 common shares and issuing pre-funded warrants for up to 4,824,395 additional shares. The transaction, priced at $3.30 per share and $3.29 per pre-funded warrant, yielded approximately $53 million in gross proceeds.
