SeaStar Medical Raises ~$3.3 Million via Warrant Exercise

SeaStar Medical announced it raised approximately $3.3 million in gross proceeds through the cash exercise of 854,002 prior warrants at $3.866 per share. The company also issued new Series A and Series B warrants as part of the financing.
