ONEnergy Inc. announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 4.0 million shares at $0.05 for gross proceeds of up to $200,000. The placement is expected to close on or about October 9, 2026, subject to TSXV approval. The shares will carry a four-month-plus-one-day hold.
