Granite Point Mortgage Trust ups JPMorgan repurchase facility cap to $727 million

Granite Point Mortgage Trust Inc. amended its JPMorgan repurchase facility agreements to increase the maximum facility amount to $727 million, effective Sept. 30, 2026. The amendments also include revised principal payment waterfall mechanics for newly added purchased assets and a modification to the Minimum Interest Expense Coverage Ratio covenant.
