AuthID prices $1.35 million senior secured convertible debenture offering

AuthID priced a private placement of Senior Secured Convertible Debentures with expected gross proceeds of about $1.35 million. Debentures convert into common stock at $0.386; warrants issued with the financing carry a $0.50 exercise price. Closing is expected to begin on or about Oct. 6, subject to customary conditions.
