Neogenomics names Warren Stone CEO, Tony Zook becomes Executive Chairman

Neogenomics appointed Warren Stone as Chief Executive Officer effective January 4, 2027. Tony Zook will transition to Executive Chairman on the same date. Lynn Tetrault will step down as Board Chair, and Michael Kelly becomes Lead Independent Director.
