OFA Group Names Eugene M. Johnston CFO, Ernest Yeung Resigns

OFA Group has appointed Eugene M. Johnston as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective October 1, 2026. This change follows the resignation of Ernest Yeung from the CFO position, effective September 30, 2026.
